4. вЂњDepressionвЂќ, Reflection, Loneliness
Simply whenever your friends may think you need to be getting on together with your life, a period that is long of representation will probably overtake you. This can be a normal phase of grief, therefore avoid being вЂњtalked out of itвЂќ by well-meaning outsiders. Support from others is certainly not useful to you in this stage of grieving.
During this time period, you finally understand the true magnitude of the loss, and it also depresses you.
You might separate yourself on function, think on things you did along with your lost one, and concentrate on memories associated with the past. You might sense feelings of despair or emptiness.
