CFPB Sues CashCall for Prohibited On The Web Loan Servicing

Bureau’s First On Line Lending Action Seeks Refund of Illegally Collected Cash

Today the buyer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) took its first action against an online loan servicer, CashCall Inc., its owner, its subsidiary, and its own affiliate, for gathering cash customers failed to owe.
